Our extensive network of sponsors, brokers, and bankers enables us to sift through countless opportunities, acting decisively when the right project emerges. Beyond investments, we offer consulting and structuring services for deals that fall just short of our criteria, delivering value to sponsors and additional revenue for our firm. Operating in a tri-party structure alongside experienced sponsors and their senior lenders, JMAC provides mezzanine loans and preferred equity solutions that strategically extend leverage beyond traditional thresholds set by commercial banks and life insurance companies. These high-yield investments are flexibly structured—often incorporating accrual-based returns or equity participation features—and are funded through JMAC Commercial’s closed-end Value Add/Opportunity Funds.
JMAC Commercial actively provides debt capital to experienced owners of core, core-plus, and transitional properties in both primary and secondary U.S. markets. The firm originates short-duration (18–60 months), floating-rate loans that are flexibly structured to support the execution of each asset’s business plan.Moderate-yield loans backed by stabilized, near-stabilized, or lightly transitional assets are financed through JMAC Commercial’s open-end Senior Debt Income Fund. For higher-risk, higher-yield opportunities—such as assets undergoing development, repositioning, or other complex transitions—capital is deployed through the firm’s closed-end Value Add/Opportunity Funds.JMAC Commercial is an active lender to astute owners of core, core-plus, and transitional properties located in primary and secondary U.S. markets. The firm’s loans are short-duration (18-60 months), floating-rate, and flexibly structured to facilitate the collateral’s underlying business plan.
